Welcome to TKO77. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and TKO77 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the TKO77 website located at tko77.lat and all associated services, applications, tools, and features offered therein (collectively, the "Services").

TKO77 is an internationally licensed online gaming and sports betting platform operating under the regulatory framework of its licensing jurisdiction. Our platform is designed specifically for the Malaysian market, offering services denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) and accessible via major Malaysian payment channels including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, Boost, and GrabPay.

By accessing the TKO77 website, creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of our Services, you irrevocably confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the TKO77 platform.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means a registered player account created on the TKO77 platform by a natural person who has completed the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total available funds held in a Player's TKO77 account at any given time, comprising deposited funds, winnings, and credited bonuses less any applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback amounts, or incentive balances credited to an account by TKO77 under a specific promotional offer.
• "Confidential Information" means all non-public information disclosed by either party, including but not limited to account data, financial details, and strategic information.
• "Content" means all text, graphics, images, software, data, audio, video, and other material available through the TKO77 Services.
• "Deposit" means a transfer of real-money funds into a Player's TKO77 account via an approved payment method.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification procedures TKO77 applies to all accounts.
• "Platform" means the TKO77 website at tko77.lat and all sub-pages, mobile browser interfaces, and associated digital tools.
• "Services" means all gambling, betting, gaming, customer support, and account management features provided by TKO77.
• "Wagering Requirement" means a condition specifying how many times a Bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit) must be bet before a withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• "Withdrawal" means a transfer of real-money funds from a Player's TKO77 account to an approved payment method registered in the Player's name.

To be eligible to open and maintain a TKO77 account, you must at all times satisfy all of the following criteria:

• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. TKO77 strictly prohibits underage gambling and will verify age during the KYC process.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion register or have requested exclusion from online gambling services.
• You must not hold, or have previously held, another TKO77 account — one account per player is strictly enforced. Duplicate accounts will be suspended without notice.
• You must not act as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party when placing bets or conducting transactions on TKO77.

To use TKO77's real-money Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information as prompted by the registration form. You are obligated to maintain the accuracy of this information and to notify TKO77 promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your account details with any other person. TKO77 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You should notify TKO77 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

TKO77 applies a risk-based KYC framework. All players will be required to submit KYC documentation before processing their first significant withdrawal, or earlier at TKO77's discretion. Acceptable documentation typically includes: a government-issued photo identity document (MyKad, passport, or driving licence); proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days); and where required, proof of the payment method used for deposits.

Each player is permitted to hold precisely one TKO77 account. If TKO77 identifies that a player holds multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — TKO77 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void all pending bets and bonuses, and retain any balances pending investigation, including for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes.

Your use of the TKO77 platform must at all times comply with these Terms and with all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or coordinated strategy designed to exploit the platform or other players.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome offer more than once; placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit from bonuses; or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.
• Laundering money or using TKO77 as a mechanism to process illegal funds. TKO77 complies with applicable AML regulations and will report suspicious activity.
• Accessing TKO77 via a VPN, proxy server, or other means of IP masking in order to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Reverse-engineering, copying, modifying, or distributing any part of the TKO77 platform or its Content.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward TKO77 staff, support agents, or other players.

TKO77 employs risk-management and fraud detection systems that operate continuously. These systems monitor account activity, transaction patterns, and betting behaviour. Where activity is flagged as potentially fraudulent or in breach of these Terms, TKO77 may freeze the account and conduct an investigation before releasing any funds.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. Minimum deposit amounts, transaction limits, and supported channels — including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, BTC, ETH, and USDT — are detailed on the Cashier page within your account. Deposit limits may be subject to periodic review.

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been verified in the Player's name. TKO77 targets e-wallet withdrawals (DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet) to be completed within 60 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day depending on the receiving institution. Withdrawal processing times are not guaranteed and may be extended during periods of high volume or where KYC documentation is outstanding.

All accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). TKO77 does not apply a currency conversion fee for MYR transactions. Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals are converted to and from MYR at the prevailing exchange rate displayed at the time of the transaction; exchange rate fluctuations are at the Player's risk.

TKO77 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or withhold any deposit or withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to believe the transaction is associated with fraudulent activity, AML concerns, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, TKO77 will notify the Player where legally permissible and provide an opportunity to submit supporting documentation.

TKO77 offers a range of promotional bonuses, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rebates, free bets, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer. The general principles governing all bonuses at TKO77 are as follows:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) and contributing game categories will be specified per offer.
• Time Limits: Bonuses not activated or wagering requirements not fulfilled within the stated period will result in the bonus — and any winnings derived from it — being forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus per Household/IP: Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, and per IP address unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Minimum Odds: Where a free bet or sports bonus is subject to minimum odds, bets placed below those odds will not count toward wagering requirements.
• Right to Amend: TKO77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited, the terms in force at the time of crediting will apply.
• Abuse: Any Player found to be abusing the bonus system — including through arbitrage strategies, duplicate accounts, or systematic exploitation — will have their bonus forfeited and their account reviewed. TKO77's determination on bonus abuse is final.

All bets placed on TKO77 — whether on sports events (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League, UFC, and other markets) or casino games — are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product, which are displayed within that product's interface. The following general principles apply across all gaming verticals:

• A bet is deemed accepted only when TKO77's system confirms acceptance. TKO77 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where an error in odds or pricing has occurred.
• Bets placed after the official start of a sports event (kick-off, first pitch, opening bell) will be voided unless explicitly permitted under the relevant in-play betting rules.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or voided, bets will be settled in accordance with TKO77's event settlement rules, a copy of which is available in the Help Centre.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. TKO77 does not manipulate or influence game outcomes.
• Where a Player's winnings result from a system error, network fault, or pricing mistake, TKO77 reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the original stake to the Player's account.

TKO77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a suite of player protection tools accessible from within every account, including: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly); session time reminders; reality checks; cooling-off periods; and permanent self-exclusion. Players may activate any of these controls at any time with immediate effect.

Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly. Once a self-exclusion is in place, TKO77 will take all reasonable steps to prevent the Player from accessing their account for the duration of the exclusion. All Content on the TKO77 platform — including but not limited to the TKO77 brand name, logo, trademarks, trade dress, website design, software, source code, game interfaces, graphics, audio, and written materials — is the exclusive property of TKO77 or its respective licensors. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the TKO77 platform for its intended purpose of personal, recreational online gambling. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content; modify or create derivative works; remove or alter proprietary notices; or use any TKO77 trademark in any manner without our prior written consent.

Unauthorised use of TKO77 intellectual property may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability under applicable intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TKO77 excludes all warranties, express or implied, relating to the Services, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

TKO77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services — including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or damages resulting from service interruptions, technical errors, or force majeure events such as natural disasters, telecommunications outages, or regulatory action.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, TKO77's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your TKO77 account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

TKO77 may suspend or permanently close any Player account — with or without prior notice — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; has provided false registration or KYC information; has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; or where TKO77 is required to act by a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Where an account is closed by TKO77 due to a breach of these Terms, TKO77 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation, including any bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited activity.

You may request closure of your TKO77 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before the account is closed, all outstanding wagering requirements must be resolved and any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the ordinary course. Your real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to your verified payment method.

TKO77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, TKO77 will provide reasonable advance notice by publishing a notice on the platform and, where practicable, notifying Players via their registered email address. The updated Terms will be effective from the date published on this page.

Your continued use of the TKO77 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Services and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 12.2.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which TKO77 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes relating to their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, TKO77 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court in any jurisdiction in order to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
